Dr. Wadleigh is a Board-Certified Osteopathic Family Physician and a Board-Certified Medical Director serving Tucson and surrounding communities since 1983. During that time Dr. Wadleigh has been a post-acute/rehabilitation physician and medical director at several facilities. Dr. Wadleigh has affiliations with multiple Tucson hospitals over the years and Currently he serves as the Medical Director of Copper Health Oro Valley, as well as two in-patient hospital-based rehabilitations in Northwest Tucson. Dr. Wadleigh’s experience and expertise leads his team of providers and assists Copper Health in providing exceptional care.
Dr. Singh is an Internal Medicine specialist. He graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2012 and has a diverse 8 years of experience including home visits, skilled nursing facility visits and hospitalist work. He is currently a part of Arizona Inpatient Medicine Group and affiliated with Tucson Medical Center.
Cindy started her nursing career in Rochester, NY where she earned an ADNS and became an RN. She has practiced in a variety of nursing fields from the hospital to physician office, having spent the last 13 years of her career in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Cindy is a life-long learner and received her master’s degree in Nursing Leadership from Grand Canyon University. One of her proudest moments was being selected as one of Tucson’s Fabulous Fifty Nurses. Cindy is committed to providing high quality care for Copper Health Oro Valley guests and their families while creating a healthy work environment for the staff. Cindy believes in doing “Right things for right reasons” and tries to always keep the patient at the table.
Tim received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 1995 at the University of Arizona, after which he attended the Arizona School of Health Sciences, a division of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated with a Master’s of Science In Physical Therapy in 1999 (aka. A.T. Still University). Tim has 20 years of experience in various physical therapy settings that include skilled nursing, out-patient orthopedics, acute in-patient rehabilitation, and home health settings. Tim leads the therapy team at Copper Health Oro Valley and has recruited a team of skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced clinicians that provide outstanding therapy services to Copper Health Oro Valley guests.
Patti received her Culinary Certification in New Jersey and additional certification was achieved from Pima Community College. In 2018 Patti continued her college education at Arizona Central College where she obtained her Certified Dietary Manager Certification. Patti’s career has spanned work in resorts and senior care living. Owning her own catering business has been a very rewarding experience for Patti. Patti has also had two articles published in Food Service Director Magazine. Presently Patti now enjoys working as the Culinary Director at Copper Health Oro Valley providing nutritious and quality meals for guests and staff.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Studies in 1994 at the University of Arizona. After graduation Stephanie started her career helping emotionally challenged adolescents in a group home setting for 10 years. Stephanie has now transitioned to working with the geriatric population in the skilled nursing arena for the past 13 years. Stephanie provides discharge planning and case management services at Copper Health Oro Valley, as well as working with community resources to help transition guests home. Stephanie develops relationships with guests and family members and ensures that they are well informed during their stay at Copper Health Oro Valley.
Stephanie graduated with a diploma as a Registered Nurse from Trinity School of Nursing in Minot, ND. The first 15 years of her nursing career were spent in acute care, community health and physician clinics in North Dakota. In 1995 she moved to long term care as a charge nurse and then advanced to MDS coordinator. Prior to moving to Tucson in January of 2020 she was a Care Coordinator/MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility on the short-stay neighborhood where the primary goal of the residents was to discharge back to home in the community or to a lesser level of care. Stephanie is an Eden Certified Associate. The Eden philosophy is focused on the care of the human spirit as well as the care of the body. Stephanie enjoys the attention to detail required to complete an accurate MDS assessment and the interdisciplinary approach in the development of a plan of care that is person-focused and based on an individual’s needs and strengths.
Jorge graduated from Pima Community College in 2002 with a building trade & electrician license. Jorge has over 20 years of experience in the electrical and facility maintenance field. Jorge is an integral part of maintaining the beauty of Copper Health Oro Valley, inside and out. Jorge is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our guests and staff at Copper Health Oro Valley. His goal is to comply with all applicable safely rules and state regulations while providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment to rehabilitate.
